Yes! For most events, a professional booth attendant is on-site to assist guests, ensure everything runs smoothly, and take care of any technical needs so you can enjoy the moment.

We also offer a drop-off booth option for more casual or self-run events. It's the same premium setup just delivered, set up, and ready to go with easy-to-follow instructions. If you're unsure which option is best for your event, we’re happy to walk you through both.

We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your event to set everything up and run through a quick check. Setup and breakdown are fully handled by us. You don’t have to lift a finger.

Yes! Our booths can print high-quality, instant photo strips right after each session. Guests love walking away with a keepsake they can hold onto. It’s one of the reasons our print package DSLR photo booths are always a hit.

Absolutely! Guests can receive their photos instantly via text or email right at the booth. After your event, you’ll also receive a full online gallery where you (and your guests) can view, download, and share every image.

Prefer to go fully digital? We offer a digital-only package that delivers all the same joy, just without the prints.

We will set up a gallery for your images that you can link to through our website. Your gallery can be password-protected if you would like.

We provide plain color backdrops, printed, sequin, and more. You can even do a customer backdrop or green screen for an extra fee. Also, you can do your own backdrop.

Yes! We can personalize your photo strips with names, dates, monograms, branding, or logos. Whatever makes it feel more “you.”

Yes! We can incorporate your event name, date, monogram, or even your logo onto the photo template. It’s a great way to personalize the experience and make it even more memorable.

All our photo booths require is a standard electrical outlet (110 volts, 3 prongs), like what your TV would need.

We recommend about a 10x10 foot area (the backdrop measures 8 feet by 8 feet) and within 40 feet of a power outlet to allow for the booth, backdrop, prop table, and plenty of room for guests to step in and enjoy themselves. If you’re not sure about your venue’s layout, just let us know. We’re happy to help you plan the perfect setup.

It’s easy. Just fill out our inquiry form with a few details about your event, and we’ll follow up to confirm availability. From there, we’ll send over a rental agreement and payment link. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer officially reserve your date.

We recommend booking 1–3 months in advance, especially for spring and fall dates. Our calendar fills up quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have to lock in your date.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your event, as outlined in your rental agreement.

No, we don’t charge any extra for delivery, setup, and breakdown, depending on location.

Yes, all standard fees are included in our pricing. Taxes are calculated based on your location and the current rates at the time of contract signing. Any additional items or upgrades discussed during your consultation may affect the final price. We’ll provide a clear and upfront breakdown during our initial conversation.

Yes, we have a contract which we will send you along with the invoice. You will be able to sign the contract and make your payment online.

We know plans change. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Cancellations are handled according to the terms in your rental agreement.
